We believe MMA can be done safely when practiced correctly, most gyms have their members participate in sparring matches often before they’re ready. Although there are benefits in sparring, when practiced prematurely it can do more harm than good. The safety and well-being of you, your training partners, and the instructors is always foremost in our minds.
